F. VIGENCIA A partir del 01/03/2021.

Los contratos previstos en el Título I de la presente que se hubieran celebrado a partir del día 1 de julio de 2020 y que continúen vigentes al 01/03/2021, así como aquellos que se celebren a partir de la fecha de la vigencia de la presente hasta el día 31 de marzo de 2021 inclusive, gozarán de un plazo excepcional para su registración hasta el día 15 de abril de 2021, inclusive.

Se reglamenta lo dispuesto por el artículo 16 de la ley 27.551 de régimen de registro de contratos de alquiler de inmuebles.

  • La ley establece que el locador o propietario de un inmueble tiene la obligación de registrar los contratos que firma con sus inquilinos.
  • Plazo para registrar el contrato: Los contratos de locación o arrendamiento deben ser registrados ante la AFIP dentro de los 15 días corridos posteriores a su celebración.
